Global EDM superstar and part-time Calvin Klein underwear model Calvin Harris might have lost the European Music Awards crown for “Best EDM Artist” to Martin Garrix, but he more than made up for it with his win in the American iteration earlier tonight.
This year’s AMAs which served as the 43rd edition saw Calvin Harris crowned the King of EDM, in America at least, over fellow nominees David Guetta, and Zedd. While Zedd undoubtedly had a huge 2015 off the back of True Colors and the subsequent tour that followed, David Guetta’s nomination came as quite a surprise – to this writer at least.
Congrats to Calvin Harris on his win and congrats to the other EDM winners of the night, Jack Ü and Justin Bieber for their collab “Where Are Ü Now.”
