Nearly a week after teasing us with previews, Remy Ma drops her hot new single titled Wake Me Up. For her latest track, Remy recruited fellow New York native and veteran female emcee Lil Kim. Wake Me Up is Remy Mas first single since announcing her new deal with Columbia Records. The Remy Ma Wake Me Up collaboration with Lil Kim is also her first single since her joint album with Fat Joe, Plata O Plomo.
Remy also recently announced she shes getting ready to drop her highly anticipated solo album, 7 Winters & 6 Summers. Wake Me Up will appear on the album and serves as the albums leading single. The track already has the streets on fire with its thumping beat and hard lyrical flow, reminiscent of 90s hip hop. Behind the scenes clips of the Wake Me Up video have also started hitting the net.
